Rich,

Hubert, Ali, and I met on Monday and decided to rework the outline and content, since we felt it worked better to talk to the topic in the context of an example.  We divided up the tasks of writing the input among us.  We set a deadline of having that done by end of today (Wednesday), so hopefully you should see something there by then.

That said, we are also hoping to see if Martin can review our draft to ensure there is enough technically to cover the topic adequately, so you might still want to wait until Thurs or Fri to begin working with the draft.

Sound reasonable?
