Filter on crosstab does not work for its chart view.

build version:
2.3.0 v20080203-0800

steps to reproduce:
1. New a crosstab.
2. Create a chart view for the crosstab.
3. Add a filter on the crosstab.
4. Preview.

Expected result:
Data previewed in the chart should be affected by the filter on the crosstab.

Actual result:
The filter does not work for the chart.
