Steps To Reproduce:
1.Produce an error in Eclipse that has a Quick Fix.
2.Using the Screen Readers ( example JAWS or Windows-Eyes) and open the Quick Fix.
3.The Quick Fix initial message is read properley by the screen reader.
4. The details message is not read at all by the reader.



More information:
Accessibility is an important requirements for any products that build on top of Eclipse.
minimum requirements there are:
1. To be able to enable "ALL" function by the use of keyboard ( no mouse clicks are necessary)
2. To be able to use a screen reader to get "ALL" information available to the users.

From the description it was hard to tell which component owns this problem. Please provide more information on exactly what you were doing (editing Java code, looking at the problems view etc.) to see this error. We need to have precise steps to recreate the problem.
