Given that the QA Criteria have been defined via ER 214576, and will be first applied to i9, we need to define and document i9 QA activities in detail.  We need to do this PRIOR to the beginning of the QA phase for i9.

Assuming that we can come up with a good SOP for an iteration QA, this may be turned into a generic detail process appended to the COSMOS Development &QA Process.
