Description:
There is a chart in report, view the report in xls, return nothing.

Build verison:
2.3.0.v20080123-0800

Steps to reproduce:
1.Get the attached report design file, view the report in xls, click "Open" and there is nothing in the excel file.

Expected result:
There should be a table exported in excel file.
