[Linux] DateTime does not render correctly values < 10.

For example, typically hours/minutes/seconds less than 10 are rendered as two digits (e.g. 10:01 AM), which is the way they are rendered on Windows.  However, on Linux, they are rendered as single numbers (see screen capture).
