Smoke testing I20080120123318. 

The Java EE perspective is active. If I right-click on a project (or its child item) in the Project Explorer, then the context menu appears. This menus misses the Run As / Debug As and Profile As actions (submenus). 

The user can still invoke the missing actions from the toolbar. This bug is not present in other perspectives. I attach the .log file in case it helps.

No WTP on the stack - this appears to just be an internal error while loading a class (no name?) for a JDT debug ui extension poist.

This is a dup of bug 214932, which was introduced by a fix for bug 208062. Bug 208062, is still open and the fix was reverted.
