For the chart in xtab use case, chart must bind a sub query definition, so chart can get a sub-cursor with correct position to render.

Dte add ISubCubeQueryDefinition in API package. Reassign this bug to report engine for remaining fix.

Engine will handle sub cube query in data engine, return a instance of ICubeResultSet.
