[Test Project] Fix compilation warnings.

There are numerous compilation warnings in the Test Project plug-ins (http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/test/?root=TPTP_Project) that could be easily resolved and make finding meaningful compilation warnings difficult.  

Note: Since we still compile with Java 1.4, only the compilation warnings for a 1.4 compiler compliance level should be resolved (Windows >> Preferences >> Java >> Compiler >> JDK Compliance).
