We need to add the value "cosmos.doc" for the Component field in Bugzilla.  This will be used to group all Documentation related "bugs".

I am using the "ManagmentEnablement" Component since this will route this bug to Mark Weitzel.

this really isn't an enhancement.  there is a similar one for cosmos.qa

Making this go to the cosmos.build bucket... which has been the detault bucket till now.

i switched it to severity normal.  all severities that are not "enhancements" are defects.  given the minimal nature of this change, i would not call this an enhancement.  i do agree it should be done, but we don't need a sizing, prioritization or design associated with it, so calling it an enhancement is overstating the effort.
