Steps To Reproduce:
If you change a model (using the API), then "synch" a digarm to the model, the diagram is marked dirty.

Save the diagram and in the TS perspective, the SVN "*" icon is not shown against the diagram.

in the java perspective, it is shown against the respective .vwm file for the diagram, but not against the .wvd file.
