Description:
When set page break in xtab subtotal label, subtotal data will repeat
Build number:2.2.2.v200712181951, 2.3.0.v20071227

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached xtab report and preview in web viewer. The report has page-break-before:always in subtotal label item.

Expected result:
Subtotal data will not repeat.

Actual result:
Page break happens and subtotal data are repeated in two pages.
Display like:
          2021 3030 (end of previous page)
SubTotal: 2021 3030 (begin of next page)

we haven't found a solution for this issue yet, as the user can always change the page break setting point to avoid this issue, so defer it to next milestone.

Page hint for the second page is not correct, so the subtotal label is repeated in the second page.
