Steps To Reproduce:
The MANIFEST.MF file from org.eclipse.ptp.remotetools.utils requires org.eclipse.cdt.core in the Require-Bundle list. But no class or extension from org.eclipse.cdt.core is used in this plugin.

The code on cvs seems to be ok, I am closing this bug.
