Open the Build Order preference page. Notice the list is empty.
	Uncheck the Use Default option and the list is populated with
	all the available projects. Now check the Use Default option and
	notice the list is still populated but disabled.

	The list should either always be populated or not when
	the "Use Default" is checked.
