If the repository configuration is refreshed from the new task editor any changes made in the editor are lost. Additionally for JIRA the attribute still have the old configuration data.

Unfortunately we can not support refreshing of attributes with the current API as there is no API that supports updating of attributes with new repository configuration data: bug 212700.

I have set the state of the refresh icon to disabled for now. We can consider adding new API to support this use-case for 2.3.
