URL's in multi-line comment view should be treated as hyperlinks. Also bug traq ID's should be treated as links.

Hyperlinks patch

The provided patch adds a probability of decorating hyperlinks in a comment view and makes them clickable. Also it fixes some problems with bugtraq properties, e.g. decorating of bug id's and processing bugtraq:logregex property.
