Description Alex Blewitt CLA 2007-11-25 08:00:59 EST
The SWT.H_SCROLL can't be set on the text box. This means that the SWT.WRAP has no effect, since all text wraps in the scrollbox.

Run Control Example
Go to Text page
Click SWT.MULTI
Deselect SWT.WRAP
Type text; wraps anyway

Fixes horizontal scrollbar and text wrapping issues

1. Makes it possible to turn off the automatic wrapping. It's mostly just a Java implementation of this: http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Cocoa/Conceptual/TextUILayer/Tasks/TextInScrollView.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/20000938-164652-BCIDFBBH

2. Makes it possible to turn the horizontal scroll bar on and off by removing the line that stripped it from the style previously.

3. When wrapping is turned an the horizontal scrollbar disappears. It looks like this is standard platform behaviour, so I haven't spent much time to fix this.

Patch without debug statements

I accidentally left a println statement in the original patch. I can't seem to edit or remove the original attachment, so I've attached a new one.
