Tomcat server is started (indicated at the console), at Firefox browser hitting http://localhost:8080/COSMOSUI/index.jsp?view=cosmos does not display the Cosmos UI. Page refresh (F5) loads the page.

This happens the first time on a fresh build.

I can't seem to produce this problem.

Note that when you start up tomcat you should wait until the following message is shown in the tomcat console:

INFO: Server startup in 19062 ms

Note that in my case it took tomcat 19062 ms to startup.  Once tomcat is started you can hit http://localhost:8080/COSMOSUI/index.jsp?view=cosmos

I wasn't able to produce this problem with the latest development build (http://www.eclipse.org/cosmos/downloads/?buildId=COSMOS-1.0.0-200801021600) 

Please deploy this build and verify.

Note that you now have to call http://localhost:8080/COSMOSUI/?page=cosmos to start the COSMOS UI.

This issue is not seen in the i9 build. Hence I am marking the issue as verified for non occurrence.
