Includes the following changes
- Dialog to create the new computed column ( measure )
- The user should be able to define sub total and grand total on this measure using sub total/ grand total dialog

1) We have agreed that user will not be able to define subtotal and grand total on the aggregation.

2) Please make sure thew new 'derived measure' shows up in Hide/Show dialog.
