A programmer's guide is required to allow adopters extend the UI framework.
 - the guide should point to supporting documents such as dojo programming guide, REST architecture, etc.

    - how to create custom views to visualize cmdbf graph response
    - how to construct query objects
    - how to create page templates
    - how to create and deploy custom data feeds to the COSMOS UI
    - how to create custom reports and deploy reports in the COSMOS Reporting sytem
    - how to configure views and data maps
