Steps To Reproduce:
"Generate Deployment descriptor stub" context menu option greyed out for DynWeb project target to Tomcat 6.0

Should it be greyed out..?

By taking the defaults in the New Dynamic Web Project wizard, the Generate Deployment Descriptor checkbox is selected, and thus the Deployment Descriptor is generated during project creation.  Therefore, since there is already a Deployment Descriptor, the "Generate Deployment Descriptor stub" menu item is greyed out.

This is working as designed.
