In OXM when objects are unmarshalled from XML the original order of the XML content is lost.  This enhancement request represents a mechanism to preserve the content order from the input document.

This feature is necessary to implement a portion of the following
specification:

- SDO 2.1:  3.1.8 Sequenced DataObjects
