Description Gunnar Wagenknecht CLA 2007-11-08 09:11:43 EST
Venus is a branch of Planet 2.0 with some major reworks. It's also developed much more actively and provides bug fixes for problems we commonly see in Planet 2.0.

Planet Eclipse Beta (http://planeteclipse.org/planet-new/) is now completely driven by Venus.

Nice, it works in Konqueror now!

A few things I noticed:

1) we're missing the subscription count
2) The formatting for the "by <author> <datetime>" is strange

Other than that, looks good.

I'll look into this. It's the down side of going back to a basic version just to support IE <= 6. :(

Fixed.

Was this bug forgotten (and therefore the changes not applied to the live system) or is there some remaining issue?
Comment 5 Gunnar Wagenknecht CLA 2008-05-05 03:38:34 EDT
I tried to deploy Venus today but I can't overwrite some of the existing files (which are owned by root).
Comment 6 Chris Aniszczyk CLA 2008-05-06 15:21:47 EDT
PlanetEclipse isn't working, we need Venus or something to fix it :(
Comment 7 Gunnar Wagenknecht CLA 2008-08-24 03:27:54 EDT
We are running Venus now.
