Build 20020619

While writing doc, I was comparing the drill down support in various views.  The 
navigator view and packages view are the same, but the CVS repositories view is 
quite different.  For example:

1) Different icons are used (the arrows are different colours)
2) Navigator has "Back", "Forward", "Up", CVS view has "Home", "Back", "Go 
Into".
3) In the CVS view, the corresponding "Go..." actions in the "Navigate" menu are 
disabled.

Well, they *used* to be consistent till desktop changed :(
