End User UI I20071029-1800 on top of SDK 3.4 M3

When I enter http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/testUpdates/ as a URL to the list of update sites I end up with the errors saying "unable to add repository". The dialog returned is pretty scary for a normal user and it also mentions URLs that I have not entered (http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/testUpdates/metadataRepository).

Then when I try to click on the dialog, the dialog to enter a new repo is again presented to me hiding the error dialog, see attachment.
