TaskPlanningEditor has too many special cases for no good reason. Now that we have a local task repository the TaskPlanningEditor should work like the other repository task editors.

I have moved this bug to 3.1 since it only affects internal code and does not require API changes.

Note th at we might get rid of the TaskPlanningEditor for 3.0.

This bug has been superseeded by bug 211096: merge the local and the repository task editors.
