When trying to create an Infector, the top-level countries are displayed, but when one is "selected" the sub-regions are not displayed.

I "corrected" the processing the collected the sub-keys of an ISO key and all is now working.  I'm a bit perplexed as to what changed so that it stopped working because this code did work.  But, looking at it right now, I don't see how it could.  Hmm.
