4.4.0.3 copyright build report is incorrect.

The 4.4.0.3 copyright build report (http://download.eclipse.org/tptp/4.4.0.3/TPTP-4.4.0.3-200709191245/NeedUpdate) states that plugins/org.eclipse.tptp.test.report.birt/src/org/eclipse/tptp/test/report/birt/internal/BIRTTestPassReportGenerator.java requires an update of the copyright year but this file has not changed in the TPTP-4_4_0_3 branch since 2006 (http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/test/org.eclipse.tptp.test.report.birt/src/org/eclipse/tptp/test/report/birt/internal/BIRTTestPassReportGenerator.java?root=TPTP_Project&view=log).

Closing since the 4.4.x copyright reports are no longer posted and the 4.5 copyright reports are correct.
