Nick, do I only have to move the folders in CVS and adjust the map files?

Yes, the latest map file generator (when building use the "generate map" option) will create the map file you need and find everything in CVS for you. 

You shouldn't need to move much though -- the only major difference is the features/ folder if you want to use it.
