Set other mnemonic keys so that they don't conflict with each other.

The 's' key is being used by both 'Select a working set:' and 'Select All'. I've changed it to use 't' instead for the former. The radio buttons also had no mnemonic keys, so I added some for those too.

Still a problem on I20081127-0900.

Kim, I'll take this since I'm sure you have better things to do.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Window > Show View > Other... > General > Project Explorer
2. Click on the view's menu, select 'Select Working Sets...'.
3. Click 'New...'.
4. Select 'Resource', click 'New'.
5. Enter a name in the 'Working set name:' text control, click 'Finish'.
6. Hit Alt+S to try to push the 'Select All' button.
7. Notice that the focus is at the top of the dialog on the radio buttons.

No good on I20090310-0100. It seems I forgot to test the 'D' key and now I've introduced a mnemonic conflict there. Retargeting for M7.
