In order to better facilitate Oracle TopLink consumers moving to EclipseLink a process and utility needs to be defined for facilitating this. This migration should be from Oracle TopLink 9.0.4, 10.1.3 and 11gR1 metadata formats to the new EclipseLink single file metadata format to be defined by ER 200040.

This bug was created 1 year and 8 months ago and still do not have any target milestone. We are a user of Oracle TopLink Metadata and it's now clear that new functionalities and bug fixes are often only available via JPA API, so if you are not going to fix this bug, please let us know so that we can make an informed decision on what should be our next move.
