enchanced tooltips

Current tooltips looks very uninformative. This patch uses IFigure+GridLayout instead of String, and this allows to add more info into the tooltips.

Hi Oleg, 

I tried to apply the patch on the last version of both streams (meaning the HEAD stream as well as the MultiTab-DOMFacade, but there were errors when I applied (it couldnt find certain classes etc.). Can you pls. check out the latest code from either one of these streams and rebuild the patch based on that so I can give that a try? Thanks!
