Although the fix for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=168138 fixes the test launch delay for TPTP test types, it appears that a consuming product was relying on a side effect that was removed by the fix.  We need to roll that fix back and try to find another way to fix the problem.

Closing by default since not closed by the originator in the 7+ months since being resolved.  

Please reopen if the issue is still present in the latest TPTP release or the resolution is not correct.
