We need to complete and review the design / implementation for the Service Broker as articulated in the COSMOS DC meeting.

Mark,

There is ONLY one broker in COSMOS, and we are referring it as the "Data Broker".  The Data Broker is being coded as enhancement request 197867.

Given this, I am  this Service Broker enhancement request as a duplicate of the Data Broker enhancement request 197867
