Proposed Schema for DC Assemblies

This schema codifies the existing nested approach to creating DC assemblies. In addition, it supports the channel/multiplex options of specifying schema that Hubert proposed at http://wiki.eclipse.org/COSMOS_DC_Design_Discussions and http://wiki.eclipse.org/Talk:COSMOS_DC_Design_Discussions.

This zip contains some of the assemblies that I use to test the proposed schema. These are validated using Xerces with a custom error handler that fails fast on all reported error conditions. I'll be checking it in as part of our JUnit tests.

The DC Assembly feature is deprecated.
