Steps To Reproduce:
1.Open File > Import > Import Existing Projects into Workspace
2.Browse to a project with the same name, but different location then the project open in the workspace.
3.Observe that the list projects to import is empty. This is OK, but it's completely confusing a user.

A general note should be added: "Projects having the same name as those open in the workspace cannot be imported". 
Or alternatively, for this specific case: "The selected location contains a project with the same name as the one open in the workspace".
