I've put the finishing touches on the new banner for Eclipse.org.  It has been tested with the following browsers

IE 6 / 7
Firefox 1.5 / 2
Opera 9.22
Safari 3 (windows Public beta)

All on a Windows XP machine.   Linux / Mac users are encouraged to leave feedback on how it behaves on their platforms.

Existing Issues regarding the menu.php and header.php discussion i started last week on the dev list have been resolved.  I've moved the menu bar out from header so the workarounds are no longer needed.  I did however have to chop some images apart.

Looking for some +1's so we can get this pushed to live.

On Linux, it looks good with Firefox 2, Opera 9 and Konqueror 3.



In text-based browsers, two really minor nit-picks.  Feel free to ignore them. 

- the search "submit" image simply displays Submit.  Can you change the alt tag from alt="Submit" to alt="Search"   ?

- The RSS link simply renders [IMG] .  Can you add an alt="RSS" to the image?
