We use Version 0.7b7 built 05/24/2006 (rev 1149).

Hi Markus.

From looking at your log in more detail, it looks like the problem might be with http authentication after all -- toward the very end of the log there is a message that this request "requires http authentication".  
There is already another bug entered by a person who was having trouble using http authentication with XPlanner (bug 196909), and it is very possible that it is just  a blocking bug in the code, since I didn't get a chance to test this path.
I will try to deal with that issue, and hopefully that will solve your problem too.

Please reopen if the problem still persists with the latest weekly build now that bug 196909 has been addressed.
