BIRT Test reports do not report correct results.

For example, generating a BIRT tabular report for the org.eclipse.hyades.tests\AllManualSmokeTests.testsuite test suite (Jiuly 9, 2007 - July 11, 2007), causes the org.eclipse.hyades.test.java.tests\manual\regressionTests\Test.Execution.ManualRunner.Windows_XP.testsuite test suite to appear in the report even though the it is not directly refernces by any of the test suites in the hierarchy.  Instead, individual test cases are referenced in the org.eclipse.hyades.test.java.tests\manual\regressionTests\Test.Execution.ManualRunner.Windows_XP.<JRE>.testsuite test suites which are referenced in the hierarchy (org.eclipse.hyades.test.java.tests\manual\AllSmokeTests.testsuite test suite).
