"Link with Editor" button in "Package Explorer" view it not always working. 

Symptoms:

Assume "Focus on active tack" is activated in "Package Explorer".
Sometimes, mostly when opening non-java file (say XML) via "Open Resource" dialog, opened file is not getting linked with "Package Explorer" view. Sometimes not even visible there. If user deactivates "Link with Editor" button and activates it again, file became visible and linked properly.

Sometimes it also happens when non-java file already open in the (inactive) editor, but not visible in package explorer (haven't been used recently and fall under visibility threshold in Mylyn, or was manually removed from context). Then when user switches to the editor with that file it's not getting linked (and shown) in package explorer. Again, depressing "Link with editor" button and pressing it again makes it visible and linked.

Very irritating problem.
