The new screenshot mechanism can only capture the full screen, but it would be useful for users to be able to only submit a portion of their screen.  This is particularly important on dual monitor setups where the second screen could contain private information.  It would be great if we could provide a "Crop" button that allows the screenshot to be cropped from the corners, or allows the user to draw the rectangle that they want to crop the screenshot to.
