"Link with Editor" button's state on Package Explorer is not saved after restart. It's always unpressed at the beginning.

Do you have Mylyn installed? It seems like that may be the cause of this error according to bug #195238.

Mylyn is installed on my side, because I have Eclipse 3.3 installed for java developers
