I have installed the SDK and selected all Mylyn features on the Europa update site. When I got to Software Updates -> Find and install -> Search for new features to install only the Europa and Eclipse Project update site are listed. Other projects such as WTP, TPTP and EMFT contribute their own update sites when installed.

The Mylyn feature does not include discovery tags in the url tag of the feature.xml. These can be specified in the feature editor on the Information -> Sites to Visit page.

Just to be clear, what I added is the Extras update site.
