First pass done.

  * docs, project-info, images, downloads (move zips from tech to modeling)
  * purge old archived ocl/qtv 1.0.0 builds

Still to do:

  + update project-info.xml per new guidelines (see emf version)
  + move rss feed & site.xml data
  + update builders & promoteToEclipse.*.properties files
  + update release notes db / relupdate.php / rss feeds
  + ...

Done. Last two builds (net4j - bug 202417 and cdo - bug 202418) are now ported to the new Common Modeling Build system, and are on the new website. 

Denis, Matt:

As the whole project is now deprecated and migrated to /cvsroot/modeling/org.eclipse.emf/*, can you archive this CVS tree? If you require PMC approval, I'm sure Ed will be happy to +1 here.
