Scrolling using the mouse wheel can be used to switch tabs in a tabControl. However, the same event can trigger a scrolling of the surrounding web page. When such a event is handled in RAP/QooxDoo it should not be passed to the browser (if possbile).

Fixed by patching qooxdoo with the proposed patch.
