When performing synchronize on a Project , the Viewer does not appear inside 
the CTabForm occasionally.  A Tab gets added (along with Console, Tasks, and 
Search) for Synchronize, but the Console is still visible.  The TAB is painted 
as if the synchronize View were active.  Clicking on Console and the back on 
Synchronize Tabs causes the Synchonize control to finally get resized.

Sometimes I can expand the View to fill up the Window, but I get nothing but a 
big gray window, as if the control were setVisble(false)
