<response_by> Moravia IT at 2007.06.06.10.56.56 </response_by> Subject: pl: functional: panel truncated by help area OS: Linux only Build date: 20070605 Component name: Debug Blocking: no Tester Name: Kamil Ignacak (PL) Steps to recreate the problem: - go to main menu -> Window -> Preferences - expand Java -> Installed JREs - select one JRE from list, click Edit button - in Edit JRE window, select one of JRE system libraries - click Javadoc Location button - press help button in "Javadoc for {0}" window. Problem description: Help area appears on right side of the window, resizing original window and hiding some widgets. More serious issue is that after closing help area the window does not return to its previous size and some widgets (buttons on right size of window) remain hidden. Please see attached screenshot. Kamil <response_by> Bryan Green at 2007.06.07.08.36.14 </response_by> This is a Linux only problem because in Windows the context help expands past the edge of the screen. <response_by> Bryan Green at 2007.06.07.08.38.56 </response_by> This article was reassigned from Category:''TVT Testcases''.

It would be best if the wizard dialog can solve this for all property pages, for example with a horizontal scrollbar. Moving to platform/ui.
If JDT isn't going to do a custom solution this is a dup of Bug 185426 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 185426 ***
