build 20020602.

1) Open a java file with several pages of code
2) Scroll to the bottom
3) Select a line of code
4) Type Ctrl+/ to comment the code (or use the menu item)

The widget scrolls to the top and then back to the selected
line.

This happens on GTK2 and Motif.
