Steps To Reproduce:
This happens with all of the wizards, but here is one you can try with.
1. Right click in your workspace and choose to create a new project.
2. The new project wizard pops up.
3. Click on the question mark in the lower left corner 3 or 4 times (sometimes more, sometimes less).

You will see that the wizard shrinks.

yes, we removed the support for "resize on double click" in 3.3 M6.  See the original bug for details.
