I have installed an update and then have manually forced the original version to 
be configured as well. The Current Configuration  view handles this fine (shows 
warnings for one set of features).

Problem: Sites to Visit shows the same site twice. The folder should be treated 
as a set (no duplicates regardless who contributed, match on URL)
